I have recently upgrade the Mac Book Air from Yosemite to El-Capitan, I used to be able to restart from BootCamp in Window OS by selection in OSX, my preference.
However, I can see the Window in BootCamp but I can't select it.
Pls help.

Can you look at Bootcamp missing after El Capitan install as a reference and post the output of commands in the first post?
I presume you mean that you can see the Bootcamp icon after clicking Startup in Preferences? If so, click on the lock icon below and log in. Then click on the Bootcamp icon and it should give you the option of restarting in Bootcamp mode.
After installed El-Capitan, I can't select Window 10 to restart in bootcamp
