How do I keep my picture on the screen while music plays?

In my office- we use apple TV to display the schedule for the day. We like to have music playing in the background but when I play music either from my desktop and stream to apple tv or go to itunes radio through apple Tv, it doesn't show the picture longer than 30 seconds. It just shows the album and song. I have tried playing with the settings but nothing seems to work.

How do I keep my picture up there with music playing behind it? I don't want to see the albums anymore, I just want my picture showing.
