nothing but last yesterday i have same problem like this i contact the apple and he or she solve my problem and now same problem and they cant solve now dunno why nothing happened for now im waiting for the reply of apple how can solve this hays...
For In-app purchase for apps such as Clash of Clan you must have a debit or credit card for a payment method.
hmmm im using like that but here at japan im using vpreca is a kind of load but its visa that why i can use but if u load that the number will be change..
