Can't import TIFF files from iPhone with Photos App

Hi there,

I use Camera+ to get .TIFF files which I can adjust on my computer with Photoshop Raw/Lightroom but since the El Capitan update Photos won't read those files.

No thumbnails just grey images and error messages when importing. (com.apple.ImageCaptureCore file error).
When I don't have any TIFF files in my library I can import them and iCloud doesn't seem to have any issue at all importing them.

I already changed my library, restarted both Mac and iPhone including deleting preferences. But to no avail.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Phone is iPhone6S running on 9.0.2 and Mac is on 10.11 (Latest update)

Also with me the same problem. I use Enlight on iPhone 6s. I've tried to import my pictures from Photos (IOS 9.1) into the Photos on El Capitan.

Error Message: Unreadable files

The file names looks like this: xxxxxxx.iff

okay, where the "t" for tiff?

On my iPhone the file name is correct. (xxxxxxx.tiff).

Apple, what's wrong here?
