iTunes Sync hangs on Step 6 of 6 "Waiting for changes to be applied"

So I'm trying to Sync my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.2. with iTunes 12.3.0.44 on Windows 10.

It goes all the way through to Syncing "Ian's iPhone" (Step 6 of 6) - and that's where it hangs for ages.

Anyone any ideas?
