I can't open pic with preview after I update to OS X EI Captian!!Help me!!!!

I don't know why I can't open my pic with preview after I update my system to OS X EI, version 10.11

It looks likes this as following pic:

Sometimes, it appears like this green pic with nothing:

Does anyone help to figure out this ASAP????!!!
