magazine subscription paid for but not receiving

My apple ID shows that I have paid for PMM magazine subscription ( good till 9-16-16) but the app will not let me get magazine without paying again

I removed app and reinstalled and reload all downloads but nothing changed

iPad Air, iOS 9.0.2
