Description: This is a portable speaker. An iPod or phone sits directly on a male 30 pin connector, integral to the unit.

Question: I am now using lightning devices and would like to know which adaptor can be used successfully to convert the 30 pin to lightning.

Comment: I have seen that there are basically 3 types of these connectors. One is a female 30 pin to male lightning adapter, but I don't know whether this will convert music. There is a version of this type that has a cable between the same connectors. The third one is similar to the second in that it is a cable type, but it is three headed; female 30 pin, male lightning and male audio jack. Will any of these work or something else?
