Jpg´s problems by El Capitan

I have update to El Capitan and now i get the problem by viewing JPG´s . I can see shortly the picture but then i see only a white screen.

When Im now scroll in or out in the picture then i see the shot again shortly but then is the white screen again visible. What is the problem ?
