Pls help, restore photos without back up

I reset my iPhone 6 few days ago, but I just realized for few months back I haven't activated my iCloud, just recently was started activated. So previously picts I could not get it after reset.. Do u guys have any ideas, is it still possible to get my photos back, if I don't activate my iClouds and iTunes? Are there any ways to get my photos back? Pls help me, really appreciate Thanks
