iPad Mini 2 can't stream iCloud movies without running out of storage/memory!

I start streaming my iCloud movies and after 5 min or so I get a message that the Video app is running out of memory/storage. But there is plenty of space left, and since I'm not downloading it, it should work. When using Netflix there aren't any problems whatsoever with streaming.... What's wrong with the Video app, Apple?? Anyone??
