MacBook Pro Trackpad drivers not loading

I just noticed this today, but my trackpad no longer seems to be loading the drivers needed for force feedback, gestures, etc. I have very basic functionality...I can scroll and "click" but that's it. I've diagnosed this to just affect my user on the laptop. The trackpad works fine in safe mode, the login screen and other users.. The only thing I've changed since it was last working is Intel HAXM for Android. I've since removed it but still have the issue.

I know software is causing a conflict but I need some help figuring out what software is conflicting. Any ideas of where to start?

This is a 2015 15" MacBook Pro running 10.11.
