I cannot get iTunes to run on my Windows 10

I have a SONY Vaio Laptop with Windows 10 and cannot get my iTunes to open and run. I have tried troubleshooting and all I seem to get is that the iTunes is an incompatible program. Does anyone know if there is truly incompatibility or is it something else.
