Metropcs: iphone 6s not sending pictures after 9.0.2 update

I have reset my network settings and reentered my metropcs apn settings and I cannot send pictures. All I get is a not delivered. My data works fine and before this update, I was able to send pictures just fine. Anyone know what else I can try?
