Usually you would have to return to the place of retail sale, if you bought locally, or take

the unit for inspection to an official or warranty capable service department of an Apple

Authorized service provider.

An actual 'new computer' within a few hours of first boot-up should be returned to see

what if any conditions are in your country or region, for an exchange. If you bought

direct from an official Apple Store, not a private independent reseller, you have more

options and also a different level of service. Dealing directly with Apple in retail or on

the internet is different than buying from an authorized reseller online or in person.

Your action and results may vary depending on where you are located and how you

bought the product. If you are in the US, you could contact Apple by phone or email

to inquire of returning the unit; in person at an Apple Store, if bought online, is a local

option. However, outside the US and some other countries, you have other rules...

An independent reseller may not offer an exchange, if your unit is faulty; but if you have

an active warranty, they may choose to offer to repair the unit. Where are you located?

Since most who reply here are also just Apple product users and volunteers in a peer

to peer help situation, without compensation, the opinions may or may not directly be

in line with the official Apple Support information. And that may also vary by region.

Good luck in any event...! 😐

You may be able to try & see if one of the following reset methods could change the

situation you've found your MacBook Pro deficient in, as sometimes that could help:

• How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

In what had also been known as a PRAM reset, this NVRAM may have some affect

on how the hardware and software interacts. There may just be a failure of the item

to communicate with the software. -- The suggestion, next after this, also may be of

help to address a situation where the computer hardware is not communicating with

the software. (The SMC reset method varies - depending on model of computer.)

• Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

With a new computer, it's often best if you can get the seller to set it up, & make it run

with a guest user or temporary account, to test the hardware before taking delivery...

Some won't do that while other resellers may be more helpful before or after the sale.

You may end up asking the seller, if they also are an authorized service, or have on

staff trained product specialists in the newest MacBook as you bought, to check it

over and perhaps repair under warranty. Unlike some regions, your area has certain

limits to what they can do locally. You may have issues if you attempted to ship it out

to another repair service, unless you contacted them first to see if they can accept it

and will help repair it. (Usually an independent reseller offers these as-is without any

returns accepted, even in places such as US; some make allowance for repeat buyers

in their local city. Or for larger volume buyers, they may offer some support service to

a university or other, that may not be open to individuals.

Were you able to see from the country locator page what kind of service may be available

in a city nearer your location? Seems like the others may be understaffed to perform certain

kinds of repairs, and with the newest models, replacement parts may be an issue...

If UAE official Apple store can perform the repair or may be gracious enough to offer a

warranty replacement, that may be a superior option. A significant repair should not be

needed, but they could be adequate in any choice available to them to resolve an issue.

Sorry to not actually have much more to add.
And that your new MacBook Pro has problems.

Best wishes & regards in this matter...! 😐

Take it to ABM. They have a place called ABMCare in the UAE. They are authorised. Make sure you have your warranty details with you. Doing the necessary PRAM/NVRAM resets may assist, but i would advise the inspection because usually, when opening the product you wouldn't get this.

And remember, there's no official store there, as long as you take it to an AASP (Apple Authorised Service Provider) like ABMCare it's the same as any official store policy warranty process. They all, follow the same guidelines. If you want more information on locations, there's a host of service providers, visit Apple's UAE website for support and check the relevant locations where there are AASP's.

Just don't take it to an unauthorised repair centre; whereas they may cover charges and offer you their own warranty, it won't be official to be supported in any location.

This will solve your problem.
