I am trying to delete voice mails from my i phone 6 plus. Every time I delete they re appear. Updated to IOS 9.0.2 and still having problems. Even tried re starting my phone. Carrier is verizon if that matters. What can I do?
I have the same problem, my voicemail is 100% full and I am missing important calls. I have 2 zombie voicemails and 17 blocked voicemails from a robocall number. The ones from the blocked folder do not delete and the two in my inbox reappear instantly after deleting. My carrier says it is a problem with Apple. I have been reading threads going back to 2010 about this issue, and Apple has not made an official reply yet.
