could you please help me figure out ,how to resolve this issue,there is a error that pops out while installing ms office 2011 on my macbook 13 inch model

You realize you're not attempting to install Office, right? You're attempting to install a update for Office. You can't do that if Office isn't already installed.
If Office 2011 is already installed, then there is something wrong with the installation. Re-install it.
I'm not sure why you're attempting to update to version 14.1.3 when the latest version is 14.5.5.
Where did you get that ancient installer?
I'm going to guess that the OP thought they had found a "free" download of MS Office somewhere, when in fact, all they had was an update.

I had deleted the existing MS office Application file on macbook In order to install the Update for MS 2011 which is why the files has been corrupted due to which I am unable to install the updated version of MS office
However will go ahead and reinstall the older version of MS office 2011 and try updating with the current MS office 2011 update which is an free download from web:)
