Setting margins for facing pages.
Pages 4.3 had a margin setting for facing pages. Pages 5.x.x does not? How are different right and left page margins set for facing pages with Pages 5.5.3 ?

Facing pages was never added to Pages v5 (any release). If you continue to use Pages '09 v4.3, you will have about 100 features/functionality that Apple never added to Pages v5.5.3. The latter is not based on Pages '09, by the way.
