ipad

ive had a ipad for years and the other day i decided to restart but with it being second hand it requires the first owners account stuff but i don't have a clue ho the owner is any suggestions

There is nothing that you can do about it without contacting the original owner. If you have a receipt that proves you are the rightful owner of the device, you can try taking it to an Apple Store and ask for their help.


IF you don't have the original receipt, your iPad is now useless.
