iPod 5 can't turn down volume all the way IOS 9
Ever since I downloaded IOS 9 on my iPod, I can't turn down my sound effects volume all the way. It always leaves a single box no matter how many times I press the down volume button.

Update to 9.0.2 if not there already.
Next:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
