OSX El Capitan does not initialise Integral FIPS dual 197 USB stick

Since down load OSX El Capitan Integral FIPS dual 197 USB stick does not initialize anymore. It still does on my other MAC with Yosemite or Windows laptop.

Is there a fix available?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11), ..
