Why doesn't iTunes find a track in the store when I click a link to it in IOS 9

For some reason in iOS 9, clicking a link to a track available as a pre release on iTunes, goes to the store but then says this track is not available in your country. Even though when you go directly to the store it is actually available, why is this ??
