iPhone 6 plus iOs 9.03 camera slow start
I have noticed that the camera takes several seconds to start which is very inconvenient when trying to take a quick photo, anyone noticed the same?

I'm having the same issue. I am able to solve it by not having the Camera app open in the background.
If I open the app fresh, it starts instantly. However if it has been open in the background for a while it will take a few seconds to start. What happens is that the camera starts up but freezes and only starts working after 2-4 seconds.
I hope its a software issue and resolved in the update.
