charger not supported after ios9 update

I updated my iphone 5s today and now my charger is not supported. It is the original charger that came with my phone. This accessory may not be supported is the message I get on my phone. Has anyone else had this problem?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.0.2

This error message is often due to dust or lint accumulating in the charging port of the phone. Clean it out with compressed air.
