How do I upload photos from iCloud to my iPhone photo library?

i accidentally deleted photos fron my libary which are stored on iCloud and I want to put them back into my iPhone library from iCloud but having trouble doing it. Can anyone help please? It's really stressing me out as I've been trying to do it for over 1 hour now
