how do I filter incoming mail on iphone 5

Hi. I get messages via email from my server at work that I want to have moved automatically to a holding mailbox. I get hundreds of them a day, so I just want them out of my main incoming mail stream. They are being sent to a regular mail account, i.e., not an icloud account. I've set up a mailbox to receive the messages, but I can't figure out how to have the messages move automatically to that mailbox. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.
