itunes wont recognize my iphone

I have a iPhone 5C. When iTunes is NOT installed, my computer sees my phone. When I install the latest version of iTunes, the driver fails to install and iTunes doesn't see my device. I've updated windows and my phone. Uninstalled all the Apple software on my computer, restarted it, then installed the latest version of iTunes. Still no luck.

I've tried importing pictures and videos to my computer but it says it can't find any. My phone is out of memory and I have to get the stuff off of it.

Please help. BTW, I have Windows 7 Enterprise Edition

iPhone 5c, iOS 9.0.2

Thanks I've read that one but it didn't help. Windows initially sees the driver but 5 seconds later it goes back to unknown. I've tried it on two different laptops with two different 5Cs but get the same results.

there are loads of us with the same problem,weve been posting the problem all day but nothing has worked so far,i have 4 devices all different IOS,desktop is on windows 10,ive even loaded older versions of Itunes but still nothing

loosing the plot now

The latest version isnt compatable with windows 10...nice one Apple
