iTunes and Safari won't start anymore?

A few days ago my safari wouldn't start anymore. I clicked the icon and after a few seconds i get a message saying Safari quit unexpectedly and for me to send a report. I send the report, tried starting again and the same thing happens. After doing this for maybe 10 ten times sometimes it will start. Today Itunes started doing the exact same thing, i push the icon and immediately it stops. I have reinstalled Itunes twice now. I tried running these programs in safe mode and the same thing happend. I then tried to run the same programs on a guest account and everything was fine!! Everything worked!

Can anyone please help me? I don't know what to do.😢
