Can't add new user to workbench account
When I go to iAd Workbench > Account > Users > Add New User, entering an Apple ID in the "enter apple id" field seems to do nothing? The 'save' button remains grey even after clicking the 'permissions' checkboxes.
I'm using Safari 9.0 on OS X 10.11. Is this happening for anyone else?
