Missing letters on iOS9 gujarati keyboard

It came to my attention today when working with students who are native gujarati speakers that the gujarati keyboard in iOS9 (thank you for making it available) is missing letters on the keyboard. So although the doors of communication have opened, we are still being hindered. Does anyone have any suggestions or an idea when this will/can be fixed.
