can't reinstall OS X

Hi i know im the 120312312312 person who have this problem but its getting on my nerves .. friend of mine give me his Macbook pro early 2011
and i change the hard drive with SSD .. i try with OS X Recovery by internet but all i keep getting is that "this item is temporarily unavailable"
its seem it was with OS X Lion 10.7 .. i try and with his account still the same message ...
