Issue with displaying contacts iOS 9.02

Hi,

I updated today to the newest iOS on my iPhone 6. The Contacts tab that is usually found in the "Phone" tab is no there anymore all i see is Recents Keypad and Voicemail. When i tap in Recents i see the phone numbers instead of contacts, same thing with texts.

However if i search Contacts in the search bar, i find all contacts.

I tried restoring the phone, i tried swiping Contacts on and off by Settings i restarted the phone plenty of times, i was on the phone with Apple and they said they don't have any fix as of now, am i the only one having this issue? Is there anyway to go back to iOS 8.41 ?
