Bugs within calender alerts (ios 9.0.2)

Last week, I just upgraded my iPhone 6s to iOS 9.0.2, which is much better than the previous version.

Sadly, whenever I want to reset the calendar alerts, the two alerts are always changed to the same.

Why that happens? Does someone know how to fix it?

There are also some unlock issues occasionally happen when I am listening to music... (not using apple music...)

i.e. touch ID not working, there is no "touch ID or slide to unlock" on the lock screen...
