IPhone 5s Charging Problems

Last night, I went to charge my phone. However, the cable seemed to not fit correctly. Naturally, I tried multiple different cables, yet none worked. After trying to scrape the port of dirt and dust, it still did not charge. I then carefully examined the charging port and observed that it seemed to be shifted on the inside and the port wasn't matched with the exterior hole as a result. I do not recall dropping or heavy usage with the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated!🙂
