Is all my data on my icloud?

Hello.

Recently, my iPhone 5c accidently broke. However, I have an apple account, including an icloud drive. My phone was updated to IOS 9. I ordered a new IPhone 6 and should be receiving in the mail soon. What I want to know is, will I still have all the photos, notes, apps, contacts, etc. that I had on my 5c if I have an active Icloud account that I activated before my phone broke? Thank you (:
