Accidentally skipped password input after upgrade and do not have 100% functionality. Any idea how to redeem the situation?

Try restarting or if worse comes to worse restoring or resetting
Reset network settings only but still no functionality on an app!
Reset the iPad. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Tried that but no further forward. I've emailed the app owner in case there is an error in the app. Thanks for your help
