Can't Fix Disabled Ipad

Hi Everyone,

I just can't find a way to fix my iPad. My baby brother kept disabling it and I came in for the kill like a moron and accidentally completely disabled it. I've tried doing it through iTunes but it says Device No Longer connected. iCloud, right? No. I can't connect it to WiFi. I tried recovery mode. Error 1671. HEEEELLLLPPPP MEEEEEE!!!!!
