can't upgrade to aperture 3.5.1?

i have aperture 3.4.5 installed on OS 10.9.5, and i need to upgrade to 3.5.1 in order to use LR's migrate feature. problem is, i can't update aperture--all mention of it seems to have vanished from the app store. i get that i can't buy this program new, but can i not update it either? help?
