ios 9 - notifications problem

Hi,

I have Iphone 4S and he works fine until I have install IOS 9.

Now I dont have sound notifications for anything except calls,messages and alarms.

All apps dont have notifications,facebook and his messenger,gmail,mail,google and many other apps...

I have installed IOS 9.0.2. and there are the same problems.

The same thing is on brothers Iphone 5S and my frined Iphone 6 and it start after IOS 9 instalation.

Please fix this problem as soon is possible.
