is there a way to share calendars, locations, but not purchases or credit cards?

Is there a way to set up family sharing so that my daughter is still using a different payment method? We want to be able to share the calendar, and locations, but she has her own credit card (student account through PayPal) so she can learn financial responsibility and I do not have to know every time she wants to buy a song I do not care about.
