Is Twitter's home page not loading for anyone else on Safari 9 in El Cap?

I noticed this on the GM Candidate and it's still happening to me in the release version.

Basically, when I go to Twitter.com (http://twitter.com) on Safari 9, often it won't load. Can't quite yet discern a pattern, but if I DON'T try to access Twitter's home page for a short period of time, then I can load it again.

I was wondering if this had to do with search-in-webpages or something new in preloading or Spotlight or whatever, but I just wanted to see if it was going on.

Clean install of El Capitan, no non-Apple software.
