iPhone 6s won't sync with iTunes 12.3

Dear Support Community,

I got a big problem to sync my brand new iPhone 6s (iOS 9.0.2) with my iTunes library (12.3.0.44).

In fact, when I select an album to sync and I clic on the Sync button, It's syncing very quickly and no songs appears on my iPhone (music app).

I use a new Macbook with a fresh new version of Mac OS El Capitan.

I tried to :

- select "manual sync" = KO

- re built my library = KO

- re install iTunes = KO

- restore my iPhone = KO

When I check on "my device" the music appear in grey ...

I was having a similar problem; when I went to my music that is stored on my PC (the music note on the far left) and tried to play a song, i got an error that iTunes couldn't find the location on music file (like it had lost the path somehow). After re-establishing the path, it found all of my music and when I synced with my phone, all the music transferred to my phone again.

Hope this helps.

This is similar to a problem I have too. I have iPhone 6s On iOS 9.1 and latest iTunes 12.1 I think. Mac Pro on elCapitan. Recently subscribed to Apple Music.

Since the recent upgrades and addition of Apple Music I am no longer able to sync my playlists from iTunes in my Mac over to my phone. The playlists are changed in the Mac and work fine. I sync the phone and it appears to be working as normal, but when finished the songs in my playlists have not been updated and don't reflect what is in iTunes on my Mac.

ALso, the iTunes interface has changed. When I have my phone connected (cable) to my Mac I am no longer able to drag and drop music into the iPhone library from the Mac library. I have entered the "edit playlist" button when I am managing the content on my phone and I can see the library on my Mac and can highlight the content I want. When I drag it across as soon as I let go of the mouse to drop it, the content does not drop but instead goes back to the Mac folder.

Has has anyone else run into this and do you have a solution? I'd love to know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks from BC
