Problems in paying detail page

I Just made first Apple ID and tried to upgrade my mac. First time when I logged in appstore it asked paying details. Details are correct, but it continues saying "if you have problems go to support page". I don´t now what is the problem, but it doesn´t let me in to the store.

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
