I cannot connect to Apple diagnostics thru apple or safari what is the next step

Macbook Air 2013 will not turn on. No sound, no screen,no fans,etc. Power mag plug was orange then turned to green. I followed diagnostic steps with no results.

Is. It possible the power plug is faulty? If so , how can I check that? Any other suggestions? Thanks
