if you buy iphone 6s att or tmobile pay in full (no contract phone), will you be able to use other networks sim card in it. I plan to use international network sim cards. Has anyone tried this with their iphone 6s?

If you buy the T-Mobile version at an Apple Store it should be unlocked. A no contract AT&T iPhone will be locked to AT&T. You can request that they unlock it.
