Whenever I ask Siri to FaceTime a contact, it manages to attempt but immediately the call will end without ringing but when I manually FaceTime the contact it works. This has happened with two different contacts. I have iOS 9, iPhone 6S. Any ideas?

Siri working correctly but faulty when face timing a contact on iOS 9 on an iPhone 6S 64GB.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2
