Asking regarding my husbands MacBook Air. He's unable to access Safari because of an alert message "http://pcsecurity-error-alert-403.com" requiring him to call Windows Security Center

Can't get past virus alert screen Unable to access Safari because of an alert message "http://pcsecurity-error-alert-403.com" requiring him to call Windows Security Center .

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), Can't access Safari version info

Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and erase that site from the browser history.
