Two "Homes" in Calendar Location

Whenever I try to create an event on my iPhone 6, running 9.0.1, I am always see two locations for "home" in the Location tab. I have checked everywhere (Contacts on my phone, my computer, on iCloud.com) and I cannot find why my phone thinks I have two homes.
