iMessage .. Delivered not showing after 9.0.2 upgrade

Hello

So the Delivered message after an iMessage has been sent shows up erratically and no longer after each message has be "delivered" .. it was fine until I upgraded to 9.0.2.

I've reset the Cellular Network .. as well as the Network Settings.

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this.
