Control Centre not working from lock screen

hi,

iphone 6s with IOS 9.0.2

when I pull up the control Centre when in the lock screen the menu opens but when i click on any of the options say the calculator, it will open it but then immediately exit and return to the lock screen.

is there a way to fix this ?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2
